Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How much is shipping?

United States shipping is a $9.95 flat rate. The charge is shown before payment.

When will my order arrive?

Orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

Décor, lighting, bedding, and textiles: 7–20 business days
Standard furniture: 10–30 business days
Oversized or freight furniture: 20–45 business days

These are estimated ranges rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Products may ship separately, and carrier, destination, weather, or peak-season delays can affect timing. Tracking is emailed when available. Review our Shipping & Delivery page for complete information.

Returns & product support

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and include their original packaging. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when approved.

Do hardwired lights require professional installation?

For safety and the best finished result, we recommend using a qualified electrician for hardwired fixtures and following all product instructions and local electrical requirements.
