Return & Refund Policy

At Vale & Lume, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If approved, Vale & Lume will cover the cost of the return or provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

To begin a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for the return.

Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
